club rental

The club is available to rent at a rate of $425 for Friday or Saturday and $325 Sunday - Thursday.  A deposit of $250 is required to reserve the club. To get more information, download the rental application (PDF).

Treat yourself and your friends or family to a party, a birthday, a wedding, an anniversary, Giants tailgate or just to return some hospitality! That’s right, members may book the Club for their parties.  Your Club is the perfect place for a party, as the accompanying photos of past events show.  It can accommodate small parties, as well as large functions of up to 120 guests. 

The member sponsoring the party shall be responsible for the behavior of all non-member party attendees and any damage or costs incurred as a result of the party.

The facilities include:

• Fully-equipped kitchen/galley for food preparation and service
• Indoor and seasonal outdoor stages for a DJ or band 
• Spacious bayside patio area for barbecues
• Fully-staffed bar
• You may prepare your food yourself, do a potluck or hire a caterer
• You may decorate the Club if you wish, including flowers and table arrangements, within established guidelines. 

The Club is quite flexible when it comes to times of availability and special requests, including beverage requests.   Your desires should be discussed in advance with the Rear Commodore, so you can tailor the event to your needs.  The Club will clean up after the event; however, you are responsible for cleanup during the event and for kitchen/galley cleanup and removal of decorations.  The Club can arrange for assistance during an event at a nominal additional cost.  

There is one very important requirement of which you should be aware: the Member hosting the party must be present at the party.  In addition, under the rules of Membership, the Club can never be closed to Members.  Thus, there is always the possibility that Members may be present during your event.  While you can maintain food, prizes, handouts, etc., expressly for party attendees only; the bar, seating and popcorn are available to club members at anytime.  Seating on the patio and at the bar is at a first come - first served basis.
